Go Back 50+ Year Anniversary of "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love" a benefit for Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA Aliquippa Clubhouse

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, The Steals Brothers, aka “Mystro & Lyric,” will be celebrating the 50+ years of their popular American classic with a fundraising concert that will benefit the newly formed Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania Aliquippa Clubhouse.

For 135 years Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania has worked to advance the potential of youth and teens throughout southwestern Pennsylvania, serving more than 7,500 youth and families across 17 locations in 2023. A safe place for kids to prepare for careers and life, with programs for ages 3-24, including preschool, before/afterschool, summer camp, teen mentoring, workforce development, STEAM, and sports. The focus of Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is to ensure that they meet every kid no matter what, where they are and provide them with the opportunity to grow and set goals. So too will it be the guiding philosophy of the Aliquippa Clubhouse of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania.

The event will be held at 7PM on November 16, 2024 at the Moon Area High School Auditorium, in Moon Township, PA. The show will feature none other than the remarkable Russell Thompkins, Jr., the original lead singer of the legendary group “The Stylistics”. Russell will be performing his 21st -century recording of the Steals Brothers timeless classic. Also performing will be The Tramps featuring Earl Young.
